Drug Uses
Atarax is purposed to treat anxiety and relief tension due to psychoneurosis and it is also used as an additional drug for diseases related with anxiety.
How Taken
The proper dose for adults is 50-100 mg daily and for fchildren under 6 years - 50 mg a day separated in equal doses and for children over 6 years - 50-100 mg a day, again separated in doses.
Warnings/Precautions
There is not any information whether Atarax passes to breast milk. Consult your doctor if you are breast feeding a baby.
Missed Dose
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is too close to the next dose, just skip it and follow your usual dose schedule. Do not take a double dose in order to catch up.
Possible Side Effects
There are observed very light side effects such as dry mouth and drowsiness. They should vanish quickly.

Keep in cool and dry places. Protect from light and moisture. Store away from children.
Overdose
